Learning objectives

To discuss the clinical presentation of patients with Localized Fibrous Tumors of Pleura (LFTP).

To define the radiographic charactheristics of LFTP.

We report 19 cases between the years 2000 and 2010 with LFTP treated in our hospital. We review the literature in order to define the radiologic characteristics of these tumors, diagnosis, prognosis and treatment options.
